Series: Composition In Flux

I am fascinated by the transformation of trees.

The subtle change of color in early spring breaks the silence of winter.

 The stark human-like profiles are replaced with the blurry softness of pastel blossoms.

Still in winter’s grip, a tempest of wind blows through their branches

and skittering petals dance to the ground collecting in fragrant piles.

Trees whisper, “Spring is here…spring is here.”
